Held is a space where you can soften, unravel, and return to yourself. In these one-on-one sessions, I weave together energy work, somatics, intuitive touch, and deep listening to create a field of presence — a space where all of you is welcome.
Whether you’re carrying stress, seeking connection with your body, moving through emotional landscapes, or simply longing to be received without needing to perform or explain — Held invites you to land.
Each session is attuned to you. Sometimes that looks like gentle hands on your back while you breathe. Other times it may mean following the subtle cues of your nervous system, supporting a tremble, a sigh, or a long-awaited release. There’s no rush here — just time to feel, to be witnessed, and to come home to your body.
This is care that listens.
This is space without agenda.

HELD intentional somatic sessions are for softening, sensing, and returning to yourself.
There are times in life when we don’t need more fixing or doing.
We need space to feel.
We need permission to slow down (or to speed up for a moment to move out old sensations!).
We need to be held — fully, gently, without expectation.
Held is a one-on-one intentionalsession that blends energy work, somatics, intuitive massage, consensual touch, and presence.
It’s not a formula. It’s not a performance. It’s a co-creative, attuned space where your body leads.
What happens in a session?
You arrive just as you are — with tension or tenderness, confusion or clarity, emotion or stillness. Together, we check in with your needs and intentions, and let the session unfold from there.
Sometimes it looks like:
- gentle, grounding touch to soothe an overwhelmed nervous system while you talk through what’s going on or simply receive care in silence
- movement or dance in the space while I witness the sensations and prompt you with what I see
- somatic guidance to notice what sensations are present and what they’re saying
- exploring the edges of emotion, sensation, or memory with gentleness
- rocking, cradling, or other nurturing gestures to invite a sense of safety
- co-regulating through eye contact or shared stillness if and when it feels right
- attuning to your boundaries, desires, and comfort — moment by moment
Every session is shaped by deep listening — not just with ears, but with hands, presence, and heart.

- titrated somatic exploration — going slow, and only as deep as feels safe
- practicing consent and boundaries through clear, moment-to-moment check-ins
- co-regulating in silence or through touch, depending on your needs
- offering grounding contact without pressure to process or speak
- honoring your body’s protective patterns while gently inviting expansion
- supporting integration after emotional or energetic releases
- welcoming dissociation, freeze, or numbness without judgment
