Embodied Massage

Asking • Receiving • Empowerment

How comfortable are you asking for what you really want?

How often do you practice receiving exactly what you asked for?

Embodied Massage is more than just a massage—it’s an invitation to connect with your body, explore your desires, and practice the powerful act of asking for what you want.

I’ve been offering holistic massage and HELD sessions since 2016. While I love offering nourishing touch through massage, the work I’m most passionate about is helping people feel empowered in their bodies and confident in their ability to ask and receive. Embodied Massage combines nourishing touch with client-led requests to encourage agency, voice and personal responsibility and receptivity.

In an Embodied Massage session, you are in charge. You choose where, how, and what kind of touch you want—pressure, pace, presence—and I respond only to what you directly request. No assumptions, no guesswork, no “standard massage routine.” This is about listening deeply to you in the present moment with whatever comes up for you.

Why Embodied Massage?

What happens in your body when you ask for what you want?

How comfortable is asking for what you want?

How comfortable is receiving it?

This session gives you a unique opportunity to explore both in a neutral, judgment-free space. I’m not your partner, friend, or therapist—I’m simply here to support your self-discovery. You don’t have to manage anyone else’s emotions or expectations here! This is a container designed just for you.

In a session, you can:

  • Tune into what you really want in your body
  • Practice asking for that—and changing your mind as you go
  • Receive exactly what you asked for, and nothing more

If you make a request I’m not able to honor, I’ll simply ask you to adjust it. Consent goes both ways.

What to Expect

Your massage can include:

  • Naked or clothed bodywork
  • With oil, or without
  • On a massage table or on floor mats
  • Touch using hands, elbows, knees, or other parts of my body
  • Light or deep pressure
  • Music or silence

Before we begin, we’ll check in about what kind of experience you want. Do you prefer pure physical touch? Or are you seeking emotional connection through that touch?

During a session, you may practice:

  • asking for pressure, speed, and rhythm
  • naming specific areas of the body
  • noticing and voicing changes
  • pausing or stopping without justification
  • receiving touch without needing to give back

Note: This is not a sexual massage. You may request surface touch anywhere on the body, but the intention is never sexual gratification. While sensation and pleasure may arise, the focus is on agency, nervous system regulation, and embodied communication. All touch remains within clear, agreed-upon boundaries.
